ave you ever wondered how many students are engaging in Adventist Education?
How about how many teachers are leading these students to have a personal relationship with Jesus?
Are you curious about how many schools are in our Adventist Education system?
The Adventist Education Dashboard Data Rollup initiative can answer all those questions and so much more. How? Read on to find out!
Data collection through Data Rollup has been a large part of the NAD Adventist Education system since 2014. Most of the data is collected through an approved Student Information System (SIS), aggregated in a digital format, and made accessible to authorized NAD organizations or individuals. Collected data can be used to:
Access to collected data is available to educators employed within the NAD Early Childhood Program through 12th grade schools and is based on the level of the individual’s authorization. This provides the educator or school with local school data essential for their daily job functions. Authentication of the users is through the assignment of individual Educator ID and role. This process is managed by the union or conference office of education that is authorized to provide and remove educators’ access to Data Rollup. Other persons or organizations requesting data complete the Data Usage Request Form and submit the completed form to the North American Division Office of Education for approval.
These are just a few reports that will easily help inform our school/conference/union administration with data relevant for making decisions.
About those questions we started out with… You can find these answers and MORE on our Adventist Education website.
