God's Promise

welcome

Fall ’24

Welcome educators of God’s precious jewels!

Already the new school year is off to a quick and rapid start as we have our first holiday behind us.  This new year will certainly bring its share of challenges, sorrows, and difficulties. However, it will also be filled with triumphs, successes, and joys. It is rather strange to think about this new year without being reminded of the loss of our tremendous leader, Arne Nielsen. He has had such an influence on Adventist education in our division that one can observe his fingerprints in every aspect of the educational process. He completely and sacrificially immersed himself in the promise that Adventist education offers something better for God’s Church and for the broader community. He truly believed God gives an advantage to those who follow His blueprint.

“To these young men God gave knowledge and understanding of all kinds of literature and learning. … In every matter of wisdom and understanding about which the king questioned them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and enchanters in his whole kingdom”  Dan 1:17a, 20 NIV.

God’s promise to the four Hebrew boys was he would give them more if they followed his instructions. He offers the same promise today!

Oh, what a privilege is ours to be a part of what God is doing with these precious jewels. Ours are the hands and heart that God is using to shape young minds to reach their full potential under the guidance of His Holy Spirit. God has promised to exponentially expand the work of educating these precious jewels entrusted to us. Our resources may be limited, and our  support may not be sufficient, but God will add his special favor to the teacher in the classroom and to our educational and administrative leadership teams in each school.

This will be a great school year because of God’s promise! Your students will end the year ten times better because God’s blueprint that each of us is following is ten times better!
