You Can’t Teach People Everything they need to Know

eymour Papert, famous mathematician, computer scientist and educator insightfully stated:

You can’t teach people everything they need to know. The best you can do is position them where they can find what they need to know when they need to know it.

As educators, we need professional development tools to assist us in the great work we do in inspiring our students to learn and prepare themselves for success. We also need training in how to use them, what they have to offer us, and how to make the most of the tools we have at our disposal.

The Adventist Learning Community (ALC) has been collecting, cataloging, and housing our trainings in the Resources section. Educators are able to “find what they need to know when they need to know it.”

Here are some new trainings and some popular trainings that are available to NAD Educators. There are more to explore – log on through your dashboard account for easy access.
