He said: “I was assigned to the children’s class to teach, spotted this young man who answered correctly and asked tough biblical questions. I made a resolve to educate him.” This is how I fell in his hands and he sponsored my education in an Adventist primary and secondary school. We had just joined the Seventh-day Adventist church from the Anglican faith. I got baptized there and I thank God - my life was tremendously overhauled for good. I managed to do electrical and electronics engineering at the university, but, to date, I get moved by preaching the word of God in church and on open air evangelistic campaigns.

Though I had grown up in a poor family, it was equally a Christian family. Through inspiration of my mum and dad, my sister and I had read the entire Bible in grade five, learned to pray and fast, and give tithes in church. I now have a family and would love to rear my God-given children in the fear of the Lord, from the example of my late parents and eventually take my children to Adventist Schools.
